Efficacy of work from home will be assessed. The govt sector due to lethargic time taking decisions and low in technology may take lot of time. 

The govt sector due to inherent reservations, babudom, excessive manpower will face tremendous difficulty in cutting down manpower. 

The MNCs who pay handsome salary , are more technically evolved will ascertain employment in terms of salary being paid vis a vis work from home. They will do financial analysis against productivity, may invest in machines rather than humans. 

Both govt and corporate may cut down employees,  corporate will be faster. 

Efficacy of medical facilities will generate more corporate hospitals who will hire the best.  Same govt may do but will get low rung mostly from reserved category which is even prevailing today. 

Efficacy of police intelligence net work which was already at low ebb needs to be strengthened and to be given appropriate powers under section 144 if imposed.

Foreigners hiding in some religious places using as hideouts needs immigration officials to be behind bars. 

The funding whether it is political parties,  Modi approved forgien funding without any audit, or NGOs or religious institutions must come under FERA and ED and EOW should not be under political control. 

The intelligence agencies must be under unified command, so many inputs now on social media and official and unofficial news indicate unification.

I and B ministry to be abolished in era of mini pulse generated news fake or true.  DD and PRO can continue. 

Ayush Ministry to be strengthened with more qualified medical persons.

Strict central laws under center list, not concurrent or state list  needed for national calamities.  In fact national calamity amendment in constitution is needed which must include central subjects as CA A, NPR on which states and political parties have no jurisdiction. The case in point is NCR govt. 

The CAPF and it's retired personal must be tasked more.  Only ITBP established a camp. 

The medical  entrance must not have any reservations as Armed Forces officers. 

Being futuristic the MEA must have it's intelligence wing though coordinated under one command yes RAW is there but never smelled the rat. 

Eastern policy including China and other South Eastern countries need a different perspective. 

In South China Sea, China has been building man-made islands even during pandemic. 

The work east policy needs relook

Same goes to WTO agreements which India and China are signatory. 

Case to be taken up by all nations for independence of ICJ so that China can be taken to task. 

UNSC reforms pending since / vetoed need to speeded up despite pandemic caused on its territory China cannot keep opposing.
